Fact-Checking & Verification Standards
Every news report undergoes rigorous multi-step verification before publication:
- Primary Sources: Verification through eyewitness accounts, official government communiqués, and direct statements.
- Cross-Verification: Crucial facts, data, and claims are checked against at least two independent credible sources.
- Visual Verification: Photos and videos are thoroughly vetted for context, date, and authentic provenance to combat misinformation and deepfakes.
- On-the-ground Reporting: Direct communication with local reporters across Gujarat districts.
Corrections & Retractions Policy
We believe transparency builds trust. When an inadvertent error occurs, we correct it promptly and transparently.
Minor typographical corrections are made silently, while factual corrections are accompanied by an explanatory editor’s note in the story.

Sources & Attribution
